This Text Messaging Program Privacy Policy explains how LINQ Services (“LINQ” or “Company” or “We”) collects and uses information about you in relation to its text message marketing program (the “Messaging Service”). We use RingCentral to provide the Messaging Service to you.
SMS Terms & Conditions
1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging, also known as SMS, in one of the methods that LINQ uses to communicate with current and prospective clients.
You may choose to Opt-In by providing your cell phone number to LINQ. By providing your cell phone number to LINQ, you have provided us with consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the services you have requested.
If you do opt-in to receive text messages from LINQ, we will use text messaging only to respond to service requests (from current customers) or to respond to direct sales inquiries (from prospective customers).
We do not send unsolicited text messages and we will never share, trade, or otherwise sell your personal information such as phone numbers and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from LINQ Services, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Billing inquiries
- Promotions or offers (if applicable)
Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with [Name] at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”
3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per month related to your [appointments/billing, etc.] and only when we deem it helpful and important.
Example:
“Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per month regarding your appointments or account status.”
4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from LINQ Services in the following ways:
- Verbally, during a conversation
- By submitting an online form
- By filling out a paper form
6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list. If you opt out, you will receive a confirmation text but no further messages.

Additional Options:
- If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

Supplement to General Privacy Policy
This Text Messaging Privacy Policy is a supplement to our general Privacy Policy. Any questions regarding the use of your information not answered here may be found at here.
Collection of Information
We collect various information on our behalf from and about you, including information you directly provide when you use our Messaging Service. For example, we collect the phone number you provided when signing up for the Messaging Service. When you send messages via the Messaging Service, we will also collect your messaging history with us and any information included in those messages.

Retention of Information
We retain your information for as long as you participate in the Messaging Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements.
