Rachel Fink

Rachel Fink brings nearly 20 years of “People Ops” experience in a variety of industries to LINQ and has particular expertise in building recruitment and onboarding best practices, HR technology, total rewards programs, and leadership coaching. Driven by Employee Engagement, she takes great pride in providing the best experience possible for staff, who are, after all, a company’s greatest asset!

Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in Communications from Rider University and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP). While her Jersey roots run deep, she now bleeds purple (and occasionally orange), in Harford County, MD with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs. Rachel has strong ties to the Baltimore community through her nonprofit work with United Way of Central Maryland, where she has led projects to improve the lives of our city’s homeless population.
