Jared’s unique background as a social entrepreneur and NFL Wide Receiver inspired him to enter the world of Human Resources a little over a decade ago. With a strong passion for people, Jared focuses on reimagining the workplace and creating a world class company culture.

Before joining the team at LINQ, Jared was a lead HR consultant for companies like Chick-fil-A, Fujifilm, and the NCAA. He developed scalable employee engagement strategies and designed curriculums that boosted retention and performance. In 2015, Jared founded “Engage.”, an AI workflow company that helped organizations like JP Morgan Chase and Caliber Collision integrate cutting edge technology with a human touch, making the workplace more human and more efficient at the same time.

At LINQ Services, Jared focuses on creating a dynamic work environment and fostering leadership that supports our core values.

Outside the office, Jared serves on several boards and keynotes for companies across the nation. Though Jared was born in the Washington DC Metro area, Jared and his wife Joanna live in Houston, Texas with their four daughters and new puppy. When he isn’t working, he spends time serving his community and making an impact in the world of sports.
