Doug first became fascinated with the unique LINQ model shortly after the company started — as a customer! Doug brings a strong background in consultative sales leadership, along with operations and team-building. In his role, Doug is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships and solving problems for his teams’ clients and customers.

As a graduate of Widener University, near Philadelphia, MacMaster has successfully led teams across a broad spectrum of industries, including fintech, manufacturing, energy, and Hospitality. Doug also volunteers his time with several groups that strive to help young business leaders become more successful.

A former Maryland native, Doug, his wife, and their dog live on Saint Simons Island in Georgia, where bicycles and golf carts are their primary forms of transportation and relaxation. Despite the many accomplishments in his career, Doug is most proud of his children, with the fourth of four soon to graduate university.
